Online coaching combines personalised guidance, accountability, and structured planning – all delivered online to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. You’ll receive a tailored fat loss programme built around your unique needs, goals, and schedule, with regular check-ins and ongoing support to keep you on track.
The major focus in online coaching is on your day-to-day habits and having someone there with you every day to keep you motivated, accountable and, most importantly, progressing.
How Does It Work?
Personalised Fat Loss Plan - Forget cookie-cutter diets. Your programme is designed specifically for you, focusing on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a balanced approach to nutrition and exercise that works for you – helping you burn fat while still enjoying the foods you love.
Weekly Check-Ins & Progress Tracking - Each week, we’ll check in to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. This keeps you accountable and allows us to make any tweaks to keep you moving forward, no matter what life throws your way.
Coaching Calls - Every month, we'll arrange a coaching call to go through your progress and review your programme. The main focus of these calls is to chat through anything you're struggling with or want to improve, and setting realistic actions to help you move forward in this area.
Accountability - When we create actions to help you progress, we'll make sure that these are realistic actions that are actually doable and fit in your schedule. Then I will hold you accountable to them - together, we'll work out what this looks like for you on an individual basis. Keep in mind, I'm not trying to force you to do anything unrealistic, I'm checking you've kept the promises you make to yourself.
Support - Often, when you first start a new programme, you'll have questions and I want you to ask them. I'd rather you were in my WhatsApp every day, than you were wondering or worried on your own. I am there for you. Whether it's a question, you're struggling to get motivated, or just want to tell me how you're getting on - I want to hear about it!
