Your THRIVE Coach. 

I've created Thrive because I know what it’s like to want more than just another summer shred - you want to feel amazing in your body and enjoy the process.

I want to help you gain more confidence and reach your goals in 2025. My approach is all about balance, sustainability and small steps. That means we're saying no to fad diets and quick fixes. 

Through THRIVE, I'll teach you how to acheive your goals and sustain them long term.

What makes THRIVE different?

In Thrive our focus is helping you feel your best in summer 2025, because ultimately the goal is to feel good, right? We're going to prioritise strength and healthy habits, while avoiding restrictive diets. We're going to spend time looking at topics like body image, mindset, mindful eating, and habit building, to set you up with the tools you need for life. 

Can I still have a fat loss goal?

Absolutely, all goals are welcome! You can still achieve serious fat loss results while focusing on feeling great. I don't want fat loss to consume your life - but that doesn't mean you can't achieve it. 

Do I need to go to the gym? 

There is a home workout option, however you may need some small bits of equipment (a pair of dumbbells would be ideal).

How many times do I need to workout per week?

You have options! There are options from 3-5 days per week. Plus I'd recommend something to get your cardio system working, at least once per week (this can be anything you like) .

How much is THRIVE?

It's £169 for the whole 8-week programme.

When does it start? 

You can sign up from 10th April, ready to get started on 21st April - everyone starts on the same day.

Why are there limited spaces?

While the majority is group based, I need to make sure I'm able to work individually with people in check ins so have limited the number of spaces.

Can I stay on at the end if I want more support?

Yes! We'll chat about this toward the end of the 8 weeks, but if you'd like further support on your journey - you absolutely can get it.
